The following is by no means exhaustive, but I’ve aimed to be comprehensive, including books that speak to spirituality, psychology and also physical health. The three are utterly interdependent and demand intention and focus to develop and evolve. As Ken Wilber advances, you can be hugely spiritually evolved, possibly even enlightened but still a racist. It sounds counter-intuitive but that is the nature of being human.
Each book may sign post you to another either within the reading list or indirectly to a ‘teacher’ or source of insight that more cleanly fits your unique place and perspective. I wish you the best on your own odyssey of Self discovery.
